The BCS of NC

Oversees all office operations, handles primary client communications, manages scheduling for workers, and ensures smooth coordination of projects. Acts as the main point of contact for administrative tasks.

Supports the Office Manager by handling secondary client calls, assisting with scheduling, and performing clerical tasks to keep the office organized and efficient.

Oversees major projects, performs quality inspections, and provides estimates. Manages complex job sites and coordinates with the team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Conducts on-site quality checks, provides estimates for projects, and manages larger remodeling projects. Ensures work meets company standards and client expectations.

Collaborates part-time to provide supervisory support on select projects. Offers expertise in quality oversight, delivers estimates, and ensures high standards are met while contributing to project success.
